In 2025, I worked with Parkinson's UK to improve their content about welfare benefits. I began by analysing what was and wasn’t working with current content by looking at data, and talking to key staff and people with Parkinson’s. I created a plan with a new section structure and ideas for other improvements. I then edited all the content and built new pages in the CMS. In 2026, I updated the content following changes to benefits rules, alongside using data and feedback to make further improvements.
